Is the warranty the official LG one?
Yes. Every product carries the official LG warranty from New Vision: one year on manufacturing defects (two on the 2026 TVs) and 10 years on inverter motors and compressors.
When will my order arrive?
In 1–3 working days in Amman, Al Balqa, Zarqa and Madaba; 3–4 in the north; 7–10 in the south.
Do you install it?
Yes: TVs, air conditioners, washers and refrigerators are installed on delivery. Choose wall mounting for a TV on its page.
Can I pick up from a showroom?
Yes, for free, from any of our Amman showrooms the next working day.
