What does the LG warranty cover?

Every product carries the official LG warranty from New Vision: manufacturing defects for one year from purchase (two years on the 2026 TVs), and 10 years on the motor or compressor of LG inverter appliances. A covered defect is repaired or the product replaced, free of charge.

Where is the service centre?

The LG New Vision service centre maintains every LG appliance with genuine spare parts: 06 560 8530, WhatsApp 077 677 0000.

Do you install what you deliver?

Yes: TVs, air conditioners, washers and refrigerators are installed by LG technicians on delivery.

I bought on sale or with a coupon. What do I get back?

The amount you paid, not the original price.

How many products can I order at once?

Up to ten products per order, and one offer or coupon per order.
