Tell us within 24 hours of delivery if a product arrives damaged, does not work or is not the one you ordered: call +962 79 777 1901 or WhatsApp +962 79 777 1901. Return it as you received it, in its original packaging with its accessories and any free gifts.

Refunds

Once we have checked the product we refund what you paid — the sale price if you bought it on sale — and the delivery fee. Card payments go back to the same card; your bank may take up to a month to show it.

What we cannot take back

• Requests after the 24-hour window.

• Products that were used, damaged, or are not in the state they were delivered in.

• Products with a removed serial number, price tag, label or packaging, or missing accessories.

Cancelling an order

WhatsApp +962 79 777 1901 within 24 hours of ordering. A cancellation we confirm in writing may carry a JD 10.000 administration fee.
